what is the minimum percentile required for nit colleges

Hello!

for getting nits college you must be in top 2-3 percentile if you are general category student.

For obc top 3-4 percentile beacuse there is no more gap between general and obc.

For sc/st top 8-10 percentile . you may check opening and closeing rank of nits on below link.

Hello! Hope you are doing well! For you to get into NIT colleges, you should have a minimum of 75% and above if you are a general or OBC candidate. But if you are a SC/ST/PWD candidate then you should have a minimum of 65% and above percentage. But if you have any further queries you can use the followiing careers link.
