Hey! The National Institutes of Technology are autonomous public technical and research universities located in India and are among most reputable institutes of technology in the world. If you are non home state student then you must get a rank below 8000 to get a seat in NIT Agartala / otherwise being a home state student you get a relaxation of around 2000 rank.
