Hello dear, in order to get admission in top ten NITs your rank in jee mains under OBC-NCL category should be under 3000 and to achieve this ,your percentile should be above 98.6 then you are eligible to get seat in Top NITs.

Actually the jee mains is conducting twice per year the jee January session is completed but April session is not yet completed so please wait till April so that I can tell exactly the chances of getting the top nit college the cutoff percentile will vary from year to year

As for now,The authorities will release the JEE Main 2019 cutoff along with the result on April 30. Cutoff for the JEE Main 2019 January session will not be declared.
