The JEE Main  ranks will be declared based on the percentile scores of the students in both the sessions with the better of the two scores used in case the candidate has appeared for both January and April sessions ,JEE Main 2019 rank based on NTA percentile score

Hello Greetings

The qualifying percentile for JEE Advance will be announced after the JEE Main April get over Because it will consider the better of the two scores who have appeared for Both the exams, therefore, You have to wait for Now and once the JEE Main April get over they will Release cutoff Percentile.
