Based on JEE Advance score the students get admission into IIT's .There are total of 23 IIT's in India with a total intake of around 10k-11k seats. So if you want to get an IIT then you must qualify the cut-off of JEE Advance with respect to your category and also your rank must be within 10000. The better your rank , the better will be your chances to get a good IIT.
If you have cleared the JEE Advance cut-off then you can participate in JOSAA counselling . Now it totally depends on your rank and your category in JEE Advance whether you will get a seat or not.
