There is no specific name but Anna University conducts its own examination for admissions in M.Sc. For Eligibility, you must have cleared B.Sc in one of the following streams:

Environmental Science
Environmental Management
Micro Biology
Botany
Zoology
Biology
Bio-Chemistry
Chemistry
Plant Biology
Plant Bio Technology.

The final admission will be based on the merit Marks obtained in the entrance exam.
For the entrance exam, you have to prepare according to the BSC syllabus including subjects like
Environmental Science, Microbiology, Botany, Zoology, Chemistry and Biochemistry.
The exam will have 100 MCQ type questions of 1 mark each. 1/4 marks will be deducted for wrong answers. You can know more about the exam from the official website.
