Hello Aspirant,
National Testing Agency has issued the guidelines at the time of release of application form of NEET 2020 which clearly states that the photo which should be used in application form should have either passport size or postcard format (4"*6"). This step is required to avoid any type of malpractices or any duplicacy of an application form in future.
