Hello aspirant
Neet cut off marks based on previous year's merit list is given below
Category           marks range    no of candidates
others               685-468                 14315
OBC                   468- 465                 230
sc                         465-352                 2815
st                           466-303               1427
others PH           466-214                 430
obc PH                 213-210                 10
sc PH                     209-130                75
st PH                      213-128                23

Now talking about to our vet a seat in your desired college depends on cut off of that college.
Cut off changes every year and depends on no of candidates appeared and qualified for the exam, difficulty level of exam, previous year's cut off of that college . So you need to score 50 ,- 75 marks more than your category marks.
