I m currently pursuing my 1st year mbbs from maharashtra…I gave NEET 2018 a secured seat through state counseling so From last 3years I m quite aware of competition n Cutoff's in maharashtra……i have gone through NEET 2019 paper n its was amongst the most easiest paper from last 3years paper. it was neither too lengthy nor too difficult as compared to Neet 2018…. According to me best Rank n college decides by your Physics marks….n most of the candidates find physics difficult so if physics section is lengthy n difficult than definetly it wll affect the Cutoff of neet exam n Marks VS Rank as we have seen in Neet 2018 physics section was too tricky that's y All india Cutoff was around 536 (AIR8k)…unlike 2018 ..2019 phys was too easy even an average student can able to score 140+ so therefore Cutoff wll ne definetly above 580+ for AI seats…..

LET'S come to Maharashtra Cutoff…..

In Neet 2017 …paper was easy to moderate

MBBS govt Cutoff for general category was around 500 (AIR 25k)

While For Mumbai govt n cooperative clg it was 540 (AIR13k)

In 2018

Mbbs govt Cutoff for UR was around 498(AIR22k)

While for Mumbai govt n cooperative clgs it was 534(AIR11k)

As we have seen even though the AI Cutoff falls in Neet 2018 but it doesn't affect Maharashtra's Cutoff due increase in competition n maharashtra performance increasing yearly .Neet 2019 from Maharashtra maximum No. of candidates has applied more than 2lakhs n paper was easy also now due to implementation of EWS n SEBC OPEN category seats shrinks to only 22% from 50% I don't think so they are going to increase 10%seats for ews category as in case of NEET PG/MDS they implemented these reservations without increasing seats …according to MCI Ews is implement from 2020 till now there's no official declaration of increase of those 10%seats ….. so expected Cutoff of Maharashtra for Neet 2019 is as follow

Govt MBBS clg (UR) : 560+

Mumbai govt n cooperative Clg (UR) : 610+

BDS Govt (UR) 500+

Mumbai BDS in govt n cooperative (UR) 510+

……i knw these predictions are too high but I think it's 95%correct only due to present scenario UR has only 22% seat reserved for the. ..

Let's hope for the best ……
