what is the net pressure of glomerular filtration
Hi Silia,
The rate of filtration, or the glomerular filtration rate (GFR), is determined by the equation GFR = Kf × net filtration pressure, where Kf is the filtration coefficient.
The sum of all of the influences, both osmotic and hydrostatic, results in a net filtration pressure (NFP) of about 10 mm Hg.
Hope this will help, please feel free to ask if you have any further queries regarding this.
Thank You.
