Hi Silia,

The rate of filtration, or the glomerular filtration rate (GFR), is determined by the equation GFR = Kf × net filtration pressure, where Kf is the filtration coefficient.

The sum of all of the influences, both osmotic and hydrostatic, results in a net filtration pressure (NFP) of about 10 mm Hg.
