in 2020 in the month of june on the date 11 it was ranked 42nd among engineering colleges by the national institutional ranking framework (NIRF) , its rank has been improved it was earlier on rank 50th and now its on 42th rank

KIIT has been ranked 42 in Engineering and 24th as University in India in a survey conducted by MHRD, Govt. of India in 2019.

However more than ranking, one can appreciate the fact that KIIT is a very young University(only 20 years old). So, achieving things in such a short time makes it good.
