I agree with Shefali's answer and my suggestion is don't try to get the border marks. Try to get more marks than 70 so that you'll get a seat in any NIT or with that marks you can even apply for some universities.

On the basis of 2017 cut off you need to get 49 marks in JEE Main in OBC-NCL category to qualify JEE Main to be eligible for JEE Advanced exam.
