From my research, you can calculate the percentage with the CGPA as multiplying it wiyh 9.5.
For example you can multiply CGPA as 9.2 × 9.5 which is 87.4 and you can check it as percebtage divided by 9.5 you will get your CGPA.
NEET correction can only be made with the offficial notification of NEET exam board.
