What is the overall fee structure for MBBS?

The fees structure variates from state to state + from college to college.

For government colleges.. the fees ranges between 3000 INR to 7000 INR (per year) or nearly.

Whereas, for private colleges.. there are high variations.. 3 Lac to 15-17 Lac or even more.. (per year).

it will all depend on whether you are into a government college or a private college and in which state your college is in

I can tell you for West Bengal we pay fee of around 750 per month in government medical colleges which amounts to around 25 to 30000 throughout the course of year MBBS curriculum examination while for private medical colleges it might be as high as to 25 lacs per semester and even higher for the management quota students

but the basic thing remains the same that the subsidize cost of the government medical colleges is always an advantage apart from greater patient exposure you get there I want private medical colleges you might get things a bit more organised and disciplined but they will be lesser patients and perhaps lesser exposure to procedures
