MNIT Allahabd was declared as NIT in 2002. B.Tech course in Computer Science is a 4 year course with a total fees of 6.5 Lakhs. The total placement percentage is more more 97% with a highest package of 37 Lakhs and an average package of 13 Lakhs. As per the details released by MNNIT Allahabad the average package for the year 2019 was recorded as 15.12 lac per annum with the highest package to be 36 lac per annum.
A total of 167 students of the CSE department had appeared for placement and 163 were placed.

93% of the total students had a great placement in good companies. Around 150 companies visit the college every year and Highest Package offered was 39 LPA to a student in the ECE in 2019. Major recruiters are Goldman Sachs, Deloitte, Intel, HP, Oyo Rooms, Oracle, Reliance, Samsung and ITC Limited.
The highest package is around 39 lakh whereas the lowest package is around 3.5 lakh and the average package is around 13.3 lakhs.
