According to previous year's data, For unreserved category candidates must score at least 119 marks to get to the top 50 percentile and that for the reserved category candidates the required passing marks is 96.
Not only the marks, your 12th score and the total number of candidates appearing for the exam also matters.
These will define your rank and hence your college.

Dear Sir / Ma'm, the qualifying percentile for general category students is 50th percentile that is 118-691 marks, while for the reserved castes, it is 40th percentile that is 118-96. However, just crossing the qualifying percentile doesn't guarantee you a seat. You need to keep a safe score of 480 and above to get admission ina government medical college.
