What is the pass mark in vitee exam

The qualifying marks of VITEEE are not disclosed by the University. VITEEE exam is easy as compared to exam like JEE and students have goos chances to qualify this exam and get a seat in desired Engineering branch.

VITEEE exam is scheduled to be conducted from April 10-21, 2019. If you are planning to appear for VITEEE exam, it is essential to start your preparation as early as possible.

you should get about 90–95 questions correct out of 125. This should get you a decent rank (category 1).

Don't worry, it's not very tough. Revise your NCERT for physics and chemistry. Practice maths from some additional books.

Sometimes the set of questions might be tough and you may feel that you'll score less. Don't get disheartened from that.

This is just an assumption or from my personal experience. VIT never reveals the marks of VITEEE. They will send you an SMS showing VITEEE rank and you will be called for counseling. As per current scenario they have created so many categories to provide admission in college.

But this is what they officially state:

No cutoff for admission, all based upon ranks. Every year the strength increases. 2014-18 batch(my batch) had 240 seats in the following distribution of categories:

1. 100 seats category 1
2. 50 seats category 2
3. 50 seats category 3
4. 40 seats category 4

But, the current scenario is:

there are 219 students and not many are from category one as they got admission in their better (according to them) regional colleges and in NITs.

If your basic concepts are clear you can easily fetch good rank in VITEEE 2019.
