Mostly universities follow CBCS system which has its particular syllabus, passing marks, rules and regulations. According to which 36% marks is required to pass any course.
You need only 9 marks out of 70 to pass the exam since you have already scored 27 out of 30 in internals, it's very easy for you to pass in the exam. If you can score so good in an internal then you should be confident enough to come out with flying colours in the finals as well.
Have faith in yourself and revise well. You'll definitely do very good in your exams.
