HCL’s TechBee – Early Career Program is an exclusive job program for individuals looking for full-time jobs after completing Class XII. Candidates undergo 12-month training for entry-level IT jobs. On successful completion of training, candidates are employed in full-time jobs with HCL.

The eligibility is to have class XII completed in 2019 or appeared in 2020 with Mathematics or Business Mathematics.

There are two levels of selection procedure -

1. HCL SAT Online test - it is a basic online test consisting of quantitative, logical reasoning and language abilities. The exam fee is 299
2. Interview and Counselling - a face to face interaction with HCL selection committee.

The candidates who have registered for the HCL Tech Bee Examination, have to go throughonline test. Questions would be based on Quantitative Aptitude, logical Reasoning and Language Abilities. There will be total 100 question and each question carries one mark. The candidates are selected on the basis of the online test and Personal Interview. Last date to register for the exam is June 30, 2020. The current finalized dates for the test are from July 10 to 13, 2020. The venues for the online HCL Test are spread Pan India across all states.
