There will be no assertion and Reasoning type questions in neet even though now aiims and Jipmer have been scrapped off and have beenincluded in neet examination, so you need not to worry at all regarding assertion and Reasoning.
The neet examination pattern is still the same , you can check it below :-

- 45 questions from Physics, 45 questions from Chemistry and 90 questions from Biology .

- 4 marks for every correct answer
- -1 mark for every wrong answer.
