Hello Suhas, You won't be eligible for KCET Examination if you are not a resident of karnataka or you don't have at least 7 years of study proof in karnataka. There is no reservation for non-local candidates in KCET. If you are from other state but you have studied for at least 7 years in karnataka, then you are eligible for KCET, but otherwise not.
