what is the performance taken in to the placements in iit bombay college ? candidate spi score or skills or interview please tell me

Hope you are doing well.
Cgpa or the score is important in screening.Some of the companies would remove the one with lesser cgpa. After the selection, your skills matter most.Also you may lose one opportunity when you couldn't answer the simple questions in the interviews. All the factors matter in placement. Resume is also a very important factor.Evaluation criteria for different companies varies. So you have to go through it and prepare accordingly.Also do strengthen your communication skills.
