Hello Dams,  you have not mentioned your category so I will give you answer you for both. If you come in general category then it is quite difficult to get admission in government college with this marks, because as per last year cut off students with 580+ marks got government college.

And if you come in other category then it has possibility for you to get government college with 500+ marks.  But remember this cut off may change as per different factors. So be always positive and apply to colleges.

Congratulations for such nice score . Definitely you will get some good colleges at this score. Of we talk about Bihar college with home state quota then, available options are

• Nalanda college
• Jawaharlal Nehru medical college
• Dharbjanga Medical college
• Shri Krishna college

JN medical college has little less chances . But cutoffs vary every year and for most of the good colleges it is somewhere near 530-540 so you are also having chances.

Also, last year, in 2018, the cutoff for UR candidates, for government MBBS colleges, was 539+. So chance s of you getting government MBBS college is narrow. But do keep a check on this year's cutoffs as they may vary grom last year. Also, you can try out for private medical colleges or dental colleges.
