CW is the children/widows of eligible Armed Force personnel reservation in DU. 5% of seat reserved course wise in all colleges of DU have to be offered to the children/widows of officers, armed forces and Para-military personnel.
Firstly, you have to fill online registration form then, all such applicant have to upload the Education Concession Certificate (with complete address, telephone no. and email-ID) to be issued by any of the following authorities on the proper letterhead-
No other format shall be permissible. There must be need clearly mention relevant priority in your certificate or proof of CW category.
Then, applicant should be fill option form in which you must be tick mark the category to which you belong. This category is about priorities from I to IX in which different criteria mention of CW, based on this you get benefit of this quota. For para-military personnel, this priorities limit up to priority V only. After this a eligibility list is out , if you are eligible to this then, definitely get admission.

Then, Verification of documents, issue of provisional admission receipt by the college, it takes around 2-3 days to complete the procedure and finally you get admission by the college.
There is different cutoff for different colleges in DU and also cutoff depend on category which you didn't mention.
