what is the procedure for second round counselling(in detail),if i had already taken a seat in first round.plzzzzz....

Hope that you haven't locked your seat in the first round because if you do so and then after locking a seat you withdraw it then automatically you're out of the counseling and you even have to pay some amount as fine.

However if you didn't locked the seat in the first place then you must have choose the option float then you yourself become eligible for the second round now again you'll be allotted a seat after the results but the moment you go for further round you losses the seat you have allotted in previous rounds.
