what is the procedure for second year BALLB admissions? I want to change the college. When will the admissions begin?

You just have to get a migration certificate of the college along with character certificate and transfer certificate and you have to show your SGP/CGPA you scored in your 1st year
And admission in college depends on the college you choose, so let us know the name of the college you're interested in and we'll tell you about admission procedure of that law college
