What is the procedure of 2nd counselling in bcece 2018?

Hello Dear,
New registration not required for the counseling, who had already registered for the first round but the new choice filling is mandatory for those want to participate in the 2nd round for 15%. New Registration is for those students who didn't participate in the 1st round of counseling.

How do you get this informationAgar first round me seat allotment ho gya hai or college pasand nahi hai to second councelling ke liye kya karna hogaKya first seat wale college me jana hoga.??

Agar aapka first round me nhi hua h toh wait kre 2nd round ka koi bhi choise fill will nhi krna pdega jo ek Baar ho gya ho gya.use se 2nd round bhi hoga.haa agar jiska 1st round me ho gya h or wo chahte h clg change kre toh Sabse phle jo usko first clg Mila h wha Jake report krna hoga or verification krna hoga.
