Dear Sandeep, to change streams first off you need to be eligible to pursue BCA according to the rules of the University. If you want to change colleges an application of Migration should be duly filled and you should obtain a No Objection certificate from both the Principals. You should possess minimum qualification prescribes for admission of the course and your marks including weightages are not less than the marks of those candidates whonhave been admitted in the same Category as yours.
