Once you qualify JEE-Mains then you will have to appear for JEE-Advance if you are seeking admission in IITs and then after the declaration of JEE-Advance result you will have to register for JOSAA counselling because only through JOSAA counselling you can get seat into NITs and IITs on the basis of your JEE-Main or JEE-Advance score respectively.
