Step 1: Complete Registration at mcc.nic.in and Payment too. Step 2: Choice filling Step 3: Seat Allotment Step 4: Reporting at allotted college
As simple as that, after choice filling if you did get allot any college then you have to wait till next round choice filling process, and if you missed registration in round 1 you can register yourself in round 2, is you already registered then no need for registration again.

There are four counselling sessions—Round 1, Round 2 of AIQ, Mop-Up Round, and Stray Vacancy Round—will be held. Three of the four rounds—Round 1, Round 2, and Mop-Up Round—will be done online by MCC.
Once the results are announced, NEET Counseling is usually offered. Candidates are eligible to participate in NEET Counseling if they have qualified for NEET by passing the cut-off by earning the required minimum qualifying percentage.
