what is the procedure of withdrawal of hostel and mess fees and also. do we necessary give the. hostel and mess charges to the mnlu after. withdrawal also is their any way not giving the charges

Hello student I'm sorry to inform you but you can't withdraw the hostel and mess fees as its mandatory to stay in hostel at MNLU. In case you get permission by the authorities to stay outside the campus still you can't withdraw the fees you've paid.
