In order to be eligible for admission in thapar university the candidate

has passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with at least 60% marks in aggregate of three subjects,namely,Physics,Mathematics and any one subject out of Chemistry,Biology.

has secured at least 72 aggregate marks for general in JEE(Main)-2019.

OR

has passed 10+2 or equvalent examination with at least 80% marks in aggregate of three subjects, namely Physics,Mathematics and any one subject out of Chemistry,Biology.

has secured at least 54 aggregate marks for general in JEE(Main)-2019.

should be a citizen of India.

Once you get a confirmation online,you will be subjected to 4 rounds of online counselling passing which you will be prompted to pay the fee in full

once all this done you will be called for In-Person Counselling at the campus,you have to bring your documents for verification. There you will also be given a choice to choose hostel among your options.
