SASTRA Deemed to be University Will admit B.Tech Admission for 2019 on basis of two streams , Stream 1 where JEE marks along with 10+2 marks , where as in stream 2 only 10+2 equivalent qualifying marks will be considered.
SASTRA University has been ranked among 350 Asian Universities among the World University Rankings. SASTRA releases its application forms for Admission of B.Tech /M.Tech 5 yr Int. Course from April 12 ,2019 and will be available till during 1 week of june. Results will be available at sastraedu.in on same date around 9 Pm. BAsed on Results , Students will be individually intimated for counselling date and time.

SASTRA ELIGIBLITY CRITERIA :

• Candidates must pass 10+2 or its equivalent with maths and physics as compulsory subjects and any of these as third subject - CHemistry/Biotechnology/Computer science/ Biology.
• Minimum of 60% aggregate in the above  mentioned subjects in one sitting.
• Candidate must not be more than 19 years as on july 1, 2019
• Candidate applying for Stream 1 must hae appeared for JEE Mains.

PROCEDURE TO APPLY :

Stream 1 :

• 70 % seats is through stream 1 on basis of JEE main scores and 10+2 scores
• 25% weightage for JEE main and rest 75% for 10+2
• Combined scores is used to prepare rank list in strea 1 and candidate is called for counselling if selected.

Stream 2 :

• Only 30 % seats through this stream
• 10+2 normalized marks is considerd to prepare rank list.

Candidates can apply for both streams. In case if you havent appeared for JEE mains, the 25% aggregate will be considered as 0 and only 75 % aggregate will be considered to prepare rank list for admission

procedure to FIll application form -

First step : Registration
Register by entering required information which includes - Name , DOB, Age, Email adresss, Confirm Mail address, Contact number

Step 2 : Login

Login using the login ID and password recieved during registration and later fill the academic details which include  - 10+2 scores, School passed out from , JEE MAIN 2019 score and subjects.

Step 3 : Fee Payment
paying the subscried amount by any of the online payment methods.

Step 4: Upload documents
uploading the documents like 10th mamrks card. photo , signature in prescribed format

Step 5 : Submission of application form

The rank list will be realsed on the date during 1 week of june tentatively. both stream 1 and stream 2 will have seperate list.

70% seats will be filled dependent on JEE Main scores of the hopefuls alongside 10+2 or any comparable examination standardized scores and staying 30% seats will be filled dependent on applicants' 10+2 or any proportional examination scores (after standardization). Hopefuls probably verified least 60% must secure in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/Bio‐Technology/Computer Science/Biology in total in a solitary sitting.

Students should qualify sastra entrance exam also.
