What is the procedure to attend the 2nd round of comedk counselling if I have booked a seat in a college?

Hey. If you have already booked a seat in a college you're not allowed to participate in the second round of Counseling
Second round of Counseling is for those students who haven't taken admission in any college yet.

Ya I only booked a seat in the first round....but I haven't taken admission. And I can attend 2nd round of comedk counselling.
