what is the procedure to cancel the ComedK seat after surrender period. Do i get any refund ? do i get a cancellation letter from ComedK?

Yes, you can definately opt out in COMEDK . But you have to take into account that the seat surrender can be done before the second round of COMEDK UGET counselling commences.
Candidates who are giving up the seat after the specified duration will not be eligible for a fee refund.
Just follow these steps
- Log in to account
- Click on ‘Surrender Form’ tab.
- Click on the ‘+’ sign.
- A screen will appear which will depict the seat selected in the first round of counselling along with the application number, name of the candidate, selected college and course.
- click on ‘yes’ for surrender.

If you wish to participate in the second round of counselling, click on ‘Reject and Upgrade’.
[ Refund will be processed only after the second round. Candidates must note that they are required to get all the original documents and demand draft of INR 5000 during the second round of counselling.]
- If you do not wish to take part in the second round, click on ‘Reject and Withdraw’.
- Click on ‘Submit’ to surrender your seat.
