I am a 8th semester btech cse student. I want to do pg diploma in data analytics from ipu. So, I have filled the application form. So, what is the further admission procedure after filling pg diploma data analytics application form .

If you wish to do MSc in Data Science, then there are some colleges which offers the course of Data Science. The admission to such colleges are on the basis of the entrance conducted by the college/university itself. Now if you wish to go for MSc. Data Science, then going for a Diploma isn't required. Instead what you can do is to learn some statistics and mathematical skills. You can learn this from the youtube videos and not much above it required. Doing the curriculum well in itself will be sufficient enough for you.
