You have to sign up on Delhi University and fill the form for St Stephen college

I mean there is a separate test of this college.....what about this.....or is there any cutoff of this college below which one cannot sit in exam as well as interview...

Yes Admission to the UG courses are based on the result of the candidates in the qualifying examination, an Aptitude test conducted by the college followed by the personal interview round.
