First, you must complete your 12th Grade in any of the colleges in India or foreign (you have to quota yourself as an NRI). You must have
- Biology
- Physics
- Chemistry as compulsory along with any other optional subject you wish.
- There is an exam called NEET - National Entrance/ Eligibility Test. Previously called as AIPMT - All India Pre Medical test.
- The seats for MBBS are divided into state category and All India category.
- After getting good marks in this test, you must register for counseling for MBBS. You must fill up the choice where you want to pursue your MBBS degree.
- If your marks are satisfactory enough to get a seat, you will be allotted a seat and will be informed. You must go there along with all your documents. You must go that college and give your rank card and allotment form.
- They will approve it and your admission is done.
- This is the normal procedure for all the government colleges in the country.
First of all, you need to crack neet exam with the minimum required percentile for your respective category such as obc, sc, etc. For this you can join neet coaching centers such as resonance, aakash, fitjee, etc where they will guide you through everything. Make sure you apply all your particulars correctly and clearly during the application form.
You have to prepare in such a way that you score the minimum cut off for government medical colleges. The list of medical colleges and their respective cutoff is given in the link below

Then you need to attend counselling. The counselling will be held round wise based on your marks and they will allot you the college as per your cut off and vacant seats. Finally, you have to visit that particular college you have opted and continue the admission procedure as guided. The admissions for other private medical colleges can also be done by management quota. Don't lose hope .
Best of luck !!
