Candidates who qualified examination are called for the counselling as per their merit. The process for counselling is as follows :
Online Registration : Candidates have to register for the counselling through online mode using their application number and password. The fee for registering is rs.2000 which have to be paid online.
Document Verification : Candidates have to upload the scanned copy of all documents/certificates and the maximum size must be 200kb. The required documents are :
- Class 10 th Mark Sheet & Passing Certificate
- Class 12 th Mark Sheet & Passing Certificate
- Category Certificate
- Sub-Category Certificate
- UPSEE 2022 Admit Card
- UPSEE 2022 Rank Card
- Domicile Certificate
- Domicile Certificate of Parents (If pass the qualifying exam outside of UP)
- Character Certificate
- Medical Certificate
Online choice filling : After successful fee payment, the “Choice Filling & Locking” link will be activated immediately on the login page from where candidates must fill their maximum choices of college & courses as per their preferences and should lock the filled choices in a specified period. Otherwise, the choices filled by the candidates at the end of the specified period will be automatically locked by the system.
Seat Allotment : Candidates must check the seat allotment result by using their “Application Number” & “Password” and download their seat allotment letter for admission. The allotment of seat will be carried out on the basis of UPSEE merit, availability of seats, subject to the order of preference given for the seats. After seat allotment, no change in the branch/institution will be admissible.
Reporting : After the declaration of seat allotment result, candidates have to report at the allotted college in a given time period and seats will be cancelled if they will not report at the allotted college in a given time. After that, the seat will be given to the next candidate.
