The admissions process is as follows :
- Admissions in MBBS course will be done through National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG).
- Admission is made through U.P. State Combined Pre Medical Test (CPMT) conducted by Director General Medical Education and Training, U.P. for 85% seats and All India Medical Entrance Examination (CBSE Examination) for the remaining 15% seats. 3 seats are reserved for a nominee of a government of other states. Reservation of seats for scheduled caste/tribes and other backward classes are made according to state government guidelines.

It is compulsory to appear for the National Eligibility and Entrance Examination (NEET) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) to get MBBS admission
The All India Quota(AIQ) 15% MBBS seats and remaining of 85% Seats are filled by Uttar Pradesh State Quota Counselling.
Admissions are made through U.P. State Post Graduate Medical Entrance Examination [UPPGMEE] for 50% seats of state and All India Post Graduate Medical Entrance Examination [AIPGMEE] conducted by All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi for 50% seats.
