what is the process of counselling? no information in Wbut pget site
hey dear,the counselling for wbut pget starts from 29th july . Those who will qualify the entrance exam and will get placed in merit list are called for gd/pi followed by counselling process .In the counselling candidates would be able to choose their desired colleges ,the counselling will be held for more than a chance .First the candidate of the merit list will go through the counselling ,than if seat remains than the students from waiting list are called.

Candidates having their names in the merit list will be invited to participate in the counselling of WBUT PGET . Such candidates will have to pay Rs. 500 as counselling fees. Following it, they will be required to fill their preferred choice of colleges and course. The seats will be allotted to candidates on the basis of their merit, choice filling and availability of seats. For those who will be satisfied with their allotted seats will have to their admission by reporting at the allotted institute and paying the required admission fee.
