Hi Saroj,
Well the process to participate in AIQ counselling is very simple. You need to register on mcc.nic.in and then complete the choice filling and other processes in order to attend the online counselling and allotment process for 15% AIQ seats in government medical colleges as well as in deemed universities and central universities.
Registration started from 19th June and the last date for registration and choice filling is scheduled at 24th June.
I will recommend you to to register and complete the process of you have not done yet.
And as far as state counselling is concerned, counselling is organised by respective state bodies for all the private medical colleges and 85% state quota seats of government medical colleges.
For state counselling you can avail the benefits of government counselling from your domicile state only. For private colleges you can attend counselling from any state around India.
I hope this information helps.
All the best!
