hi,
It seems that you want to change the junior college in between your 12th course. see migration is possible cause there is many cases when due to family relocation or shifting for job the students may have to take admission in another Institute in 12th standard. however first decide which of the institute you want to take admission, then contact directly with the Institute authority by describing your current status and reason for relocating. the admission would be totally based on the institute decision and their possibility of seat Intake,. so it would be best to make a list of multiple institute and apply for admission.
