Hello,
NEET is National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test for medical entrance. So in India you have to give NEET examination for admission in medical college which is government or private. Because MCI board is declared that only one medical entrance examination conducted for medical admission in all over the India. After declaration this every state conducted their own state medical entrance examination but it was stopped when only one entrance examination occurred.
So if you want to become a doctor then you have to give the NEET examination. Actually main motive of this examination that same question for every students in India and quality will check in equally. So that's why only one examination conducted by NTA.
And you are not become a doctor in India without giving NEET examination.
