Karnataka board offers PUC i. e Pre University course . So,if you have passed from Karnataka Board you need to select code 3.

This is because,

code 3 says it is for those passed their intermediate / pre- degree examination or pre university (  Puc)  in the year  with physics, chemistry, biology and English ,your physics, chemistry and biology should also contain practical exam.
