In every state they have their different eligibility criteria based in city council or NAC

So it will be based on in which city you want to apply for and the basic eligibility is 10+2 with minimum 50% of marks.

There will be test conducted by the authority and you have to pass it and then on the basis of your qualifications they will decide.
