Dear Aspirant ,

You have to sit for UPSC combined geo-scientists examination to be a geo-scientist .

Well, the basic eligibility criteria is as follows :

You should have obtained master degree in geo science /geology or pursued technical degree in geology/marine geology/earth science and resource management /oceanography from UGC /AICTE approved university.

Note: You should be physically fit to get post of Geo-scientists in India as per Govt. Rule.
