The cutoff marks varies every year based on difficulty of the paper and some other factors. And the cutoff marks will be released by SRM university after examination, I can provide you the link  consists of previous cutoffs and information about 2020 cutoff just go through it:

For Kattankulathur campus, candidates must have obtained 60% aggregate marks in PCM, while for Sonepat, Rampur, Ghaziabad (NCR) and Vadapalani campuses, they must have scored a minimum 50% aggregate marks in PCM.

For SRM Amaravati campus, they should get 75% aggregate marks in the qualifying exam with PCM.

When it comes to SRMJEE there is no quaifying mark as such bu there will be cutoff ranks depending on faactors like number of seats they are offering and others
