Hello,

EAMCET rank is calculated based on the weightage of Eamcet + intermediate weightage. It means, rank is calculated as 75% from Eamcet marks + 25% of IPE marks. In the 25% of IPE marks, English language is not considered, only your core subjects are considered like if you're from MPC, then your aggregate marks from Maths, Physics and Chemistry of both years which sums up 600 marks  are considered as 25% . For instance if you score 590/600 then your IPE 25% can be calculated as 590/600 *25 => 24.58 . This 24.58 is your IPE 25% in this case. Similarly,  you got 51 marks out of 160. So,  51/160 * 75=> 23.90 is your Eamcet percentage weightable. Totally 24.58+23.90 = 48.48 will be your Eamcet percentage. With this 48.48 percentile, as per the previous year ranking pattern, your rank would lie in 24,000-25,000.
